Refund policy

We are unable to offer returns or refunds on our products, this is because our products are printed on demand and shipped to you once the purchase is made.

We may be able to cancel an order and refund monies if the order has not been processed by the on-demand manufacturer. Contact GPW immediately using our contact form to cancel an order, so we can attempt to cancel the before it is processed. We cannot guarantee we will receive your message or be able to act upon it before the item gets produced due to timezone differences.

We do accept refunds on items that are damaged or suffer from noticeable manufacturing issues, please contact us to report damaged products.
